Autokryx Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the INSIDE Private Campus Network application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use INSIDE.
By using INSIDE, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account Information: Your name, college email address, college name, year of study, and profile photo when you register.
Content: Posts, comments, messages, and other content you create within the app — including anonymous posts where your real identity is stored securely but not displayed publicly.
Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features you use, and time spent — used to improve the product.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for technical support purposes.
We use your information to provide and operate the INSIDE platform, verify your college enrollment, personalise your experience, ensure campus security and prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account and platform updates.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Ever.
When you post anonymously, your real identity is never displayed publicly. However, your identity is securely stored in our systems and may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities if required by a valid court order under applicable Indian law.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain activity logs for a minimum of 180 days as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021.
Even if you delete your account, certain records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
